You didn't join Money Mastery Toastmasters to be "average." You joined because you wanted the Rolex experience in a world of Casios. You paid the highest fees in town because you value excellence.

Club Mission
"Dedicated mentoring in the mastery of public speaking and leadership in a warm and vibrant family."
Prestige has a side effect: Complacency. Right now, MMTMC is a world-class social engine. We have the warmth, the wine, and the 5-star reputation. But our mission promises dedicated mentoring in the mastery of public speaking. We built a magnetic community. Now we must strengthen our mentoring spine.
We keep the warmth. We strengthen our spine. That is how we shape the next five years.
Community gives us energy. Mentoring gives us direction. A club built only on one is incomplete.
The commitment
Purple Vision 2030 is our commitment to building 20 Active Mentors by 2030. Not positions to hold. Standards to carry. Active mentors are the members who guide newer members through their speaking journey, raise the standard of evaluations, and ensure that every member who joins MMTMC does not just find a community, but finds someone genuinely invested in their growth.

The plan
Purple Vision 2030 will be rolled out in four deliberate stages. The sequencing is intentional: context first, then structure, then recognition, then governance.
Now · Foundation Year 2026
Before any new system is introduced, we must align on the future we are building together. The new term beginning 1st July 2026 is our foundation year.
Coming next
We will introduce clearly defined pathways and prerequisites for members who wish to serve in leadership roles or become club mentors. Application forms and prerequisites will go live at this stage. Service at MMTMC is a responsibility, not just a title.
Ahead
We will introduce high-level Leadership Retreats and strengthened recognition for those who actively contribute through mentoring and service. These are rewards for those who drive the mission.
AGM, June 2026 (current term)
We will formalize objective, behavior-based standards and club accounting transparency to protect the club's culture and long-term health for the next decade.
