Kelvin

Balance

16points

Core 11 · Non-core 5

First to cross 15. Consistent and well-rounded across mentoring, speaking and club life.

Read Kelvin's journey
Kelvin was the first mentor to cross 15 points, finishing the term at 16. He mentored Satish from sign-up in September, through the Icebreaker and a second speech, showing up meeting after meeting. He ran a 30-minute evaluation workshop for the club, competed in both the Humorous and International Speech contests, and turned up for the AGM, the anniversary, and the retreat. A balanced 69% Core profile: present in every way that counts.

Thomas

Depth

16points

Core 12 · Non-core 4

The highest mentoring score in the club. Two mentees, fundamentals first.

Read Thomas's journey
Thomas built from the core. He holds the club's highest mentoring score and took on two mentees in the same term, Daisy and Evelyn. He is the one mentor who guided mentees through operational roles like timing and the welcome desk, not just speeches. He led a workshop, "Fast and Furious: high-quality speeches in a short time," and served as Contest Toastmaster for the Evaluation Contest. A focused 75% Core profile: depth over breadth, fundamentals over flash.

Raymond

Range

16points

Core 8 · Non-core 8

Tied for the top. The only perfectly balanced profile, strong on every front.

Read Raymond's journey
Raymond does not pick a lane, he fills every lane. He mentored Edward from August, placed 2nd in both the Club and District 80 Humorous Speech contests, and stayed active in evaluations and OPC feedback. Off the stage he served as Multimedia Manager, organised the club Christmas get-together, and promoted MMTMC on Facebook and LinkedIn. The only perfectly balanced top profile, 50% Core and 50% Non-core. Range, on every front.

Renee

Disciplined momentum

15points

Core 12 · Non-core 3

First female mentor to qualify, the pure Toastmasters way.

Read Renee's journey
Renee was the first female mentor to qualify, and she did it the pure Toastmasters way: zero miscellaneous points, no shortcuts. She holds the highest speech count among the top mentors, walking onto the stage as often as she asks others to. Her mentoring journey with Nicholas ran from his maiden speech through three more and his first role as Sergeant-at-Arms. She represented MMTMC at the Area Contest as 1st runner-up. Maximum Core contribution, built steadily month after month.

Arva

Heart

15points

Core 10 · Non-core 5

Two mentees, every speech format, and the warmth that holds the club together.

Read Arva's journey
Arva shows up fully. She took on two mentees, Nirav and Anand, and delivered across all four speech formats in one term: contest, speech, evaluator, and Table Topics Master. She held the room together as Multimedia Manager and Sergeant-at-Arms, dressed up for the themed meeting, and shared a personal retreat video. And the part no scorecard captures: she is the reason no one at MMTMC speaks on an empty stomach. Core 10, Non-core 5, with heart in every part of it.

Qing Lin

Presence

15points

Core 11 · Non-core 4

Mentoring-first: 8 of 15 points from walking with three mentees.

Read Qing Lin's journey
Qing Lin is mentoring-first: 8 of his 15 points came straight from mentoring three mentees across the term, Tim, Wei Feng, and Jia Yi. On 22 May 2026 he ran the meeting as Toastmaster of the Evening while Wei Feng stepped into Co-TME for the first time and Jia Yi looked on, one mentor showing up for two mentees at once. He closed his 15 by taking the stage himself with a speech at Temasek Shophouse. Core 11, Non-core 4. Presence, at the right moment for the right person.
