From 1 July, a new group of mentors comes on board. If that is you, this retreat is the fastest way to begin. You will not have the 15-point subsidy yet, that is earned across the term, but the seat is still yours to take. And four days in Siem Reap with our most experienced mentors is worth far more than the subsidy you are waiting on.

You are coming in without the subsidy. You are not coming in without a place. A $200 deposit holds your seat, and your mentoring journey starts in the room where it begins. Still deciding as you settle into the role? Reach out anyway, we will hold a spot while you think it through.

Mornings out exploring, afternoons free or together. A taste of the flow we are planning.

Day 1 · 11 Sep

Arrive and settle into Siem Reap

Land, drop bags, and ease in. The old market, local crafts, and the Tonle Sap floating village. First dinner together as a group.

Day 2 · 12 Sep

Sunrise over Angkor Wat

The early start that everyone remembers. Angkor Wat at sunrise, then Angkor Thom, Bayon and the jungle temple of Ta Prohm. Evening: a Khmer dinner and Apsara dance.

Day 3 · 13 Sep

Waterfalls, then strategy

Phnom Kulen national park and its waterfalls. Later, the part that makes it a leadership retreat: time together to shape the year ahead. Night out on Pub Street.

Day 4 · 14 Sep

Home, with a fuller cup

A relaxed morning and the flight home. Back in time for the week, carrying friendships that will outlast the trip.

The honest answers.

Do I need to qualify or have 15 points to come?
No. The 15-point incentive earns a subsidy toward the next retreat. This retreat is open to every mentor, qualified or not.
What does the ~$700 cover?
Almost everything: return Singapore Airlines flights, three nights in a 5-star stay, breakfasts and group meals, temple tours and passes, the planned activities, and local transfers. The only things not covered are big-ticket personal shopping, extra spa sessions beyond what is arranged, and personal incidentals.
How much leave do I need?
The trip runs Friday 11 to Monday 14 September, so most mentors take Friday and Monday off. If leave is tight for you, reach out and let us know.
I do not know many of the other mentors. Will I feel out of place?
That is exactly what the retreat fixes. Last year's group included new members and long-timers, and most came home closer than they ever got across months of meetings. You will not be on the outside for long.
Is this just a holiday?
It is a real break and real work. Mornings to explore, afternoons free, and dedicated time together to shape how we mentor and where MMTMC goes next. You come back recharged and more invested.
